Your instant price is a good-faith estimate generated from roof measurements and current material and labor costs. It is not a quote or a contract. The final price comes from the roofer you hire, after an in-person inspection.

Roof measurements are generated from satellite imagery and public building-footprint data. They're accurate enough to scope a project, but every roofer verifies measurements on site before a final contract.

Contractors set their own bids. When you accept a bid, you enter into an agreement directly with that roofer. Rooveo verifies every roofer's license and insurance before they can bid, but the contract for your specific job is between you and your chosen roofer.
